"Bhagwan has an astute sense of colours and his own way of laying them. While painting his speed and dexterity, his sensibility, blend in his compositions to give a touch of class; the harmony of colours and depth is achieved by the placement of transparent or opaque overtones while controlling the intensity with viscous colours, dealt in swift, sweeping lines, spots and streaks."
